Staff was very friendly, especially to my 4-year old daughter who got some free snacks. The attached restaurant and bar area were very good and convenient for food and drinks. We were able to get drinks to go to our room, which was convenient with having small children. Location was relatively quiet but had several options for restaurants and a market to get food, drinks, and various supplies you may need, which was open quite late (perfect for families with young children).

Very nicely configured structure with a great patio/terrace containing bar & restaurant overlooking their beach & the gulf. The daily breakfast & dining area also well organized with breakfast variety per day, good coffee offered all day. Their beach is compartmentalized structurally in a manner making it feel personal & visually pleasing.

Loved my room. It was exactly what I was looking for. I spent most of my stay reading on the balcony, which is what I planned...A totally relaxing weekend. I set up this vacation for the Gavin DeGraw Concert, but really wanted to relax, with no responsibility at all. That's exactly what I was able to obtain.

Excellent location with a private beach. The staff was very friendly, the waitresses and the beach chair rental person recognized us after a two days and knew what we wanted! Highly recommend Evy’s on the 6th floor…the outdoor bar with small plates and live music! It was out favorite way to end each day!

We enjoyed the location. Very nice hotel and grounds. The breakfast was great. The staff was so welcoming and nice. Always so willing to help. The pool was big and beautiful. Parking was easy and in a ramp. The beach was very nice and spacious. Our room was very large and we loved that. The balcony was also large and that was an unexpected plus.

The location was excellent. The hotel, parking lot, and beach were private, requiring us to wear wristbands the entire stay. This was great because the only ones allowed on the property were guests of the hotel. We had an ocean view room with a balcony overlooking the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The trolley stop was right outside the hotel door. It was so convenient if you chose to ride the Jolley Trolley to various locations (even as far as Dunelin and Tarpon Springs) rather than driving. Trolley price is VERY reasonable! Various restaurants and shops were located nearby, and Evy's Terrace on the property served great food and drinks and overlooked the beach. Breakfast was included every day, and the choices were good and tasty. Hotel also provides beach towels to guests at no charge, so long as you check them out and return them at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. I also liked the fact that only resort guests could use the pool and private beach area. The rental prices for the beach chairs was very reasonable and outdoor bar/grill was very convenient. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I was worried about our room having enough space to accommodate 5 people and a pet, but I assure you there was plenty of room.

This property is very clean. Extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. located right on the water with private beachfront access. lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee.. the staff is so friendly. The pool is an equally nice option. There is a convenient store across the street for essentials. A good breakfast each day w plenty of options. A beautiful 6 th floor rooftop lounge/bar area w/fire pits and couches with great water views. In my opinion one of the best roof top spots in Clearwater! This hotel is a really good value.
